3. Can I modify or cancel an existing order?​

If the order has not entered the shipping process, you can contact us via email as soon as possible to attempt modification or cancellation. If the order has been shipped, modification or cancellation is not possible, and you can refer to our return and exchange policy for further actions.​

1. How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?​

  • Standard Shipping: 7 – 10 business days (Free shipping for orders over $199)​
  • Express Shipping: 4 – 6 business days (Additional shipping fee applies)​

2. Do you support international shipping?​

3. Why hasn’t my order’s shipping information been updated for a long time?​

There may be a delay in shipping information updates. It is recommended that you check again after a while. If there is still no update for an extended period, there may be an issue in the logistics process. Please contact our customer service for verification and resolution.​

Within 30 days of receiving the goods, if the goods are unused and in original condition, you can request a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product quality issues.​

3. How long will it take to receive my refund?​

Currently, we only sell products through our online self – built store quanshengofficial.store, and there are no offline stores.​
